Suncoast IPA

6.8% ABV

Citrus-forward and resinous with a clean, dry finish. Our most pourable IPA — Florida oranges in every sip.

Medium+ body High IBU

Midnight Hour Stout

7.2% ABV

Roasted coffee, dark chocolate, and a whisper of vanilla. Brewed with locally sourced Florida coffee beans.

Crisp pilsner in a pilsner glass with condensation

Sandhill Pilsner

4.9% ABV

Crisp, clean, and dangerously drinkable. German hop character with a lightning-quick finish that begs for another.

Tart, juicy, and hazy as a summer afternoon. Real Georgia peaches give it a lush fruitiness that hits different.

Our Story

Born from a garage
and a stubborn idea

Hourglass started the way a lot of good things do — with a weekend experiment and way too much curiosity. Our founder brewed the first batch in a garage in Winter Springs, poured it into a few friends' glasses, and watched them come back for seconds.

That was the moment it clicked: people didn't just want beer. They wanted beer that was made here, by someone who cared about every detail from grain to glass.

Today we're a full production brewery with a small-batch soul. Same commitment to freshness. Same stubborn refusal to cut corners. Same door open to anyone who walks in.
